Heal Your Painful Gout with Anti-Inflammatory Treatments!

I saw a post by Dr. Mercola this morning about the causes of gout. This is something I've heard about; I know an aunt of mine has it. But I didn't really know much about it.

Yikes! It looks horrible. I'm so sorry for everyone who suffers through the pain of this horrible disease. And to think it can be genetic, too!

But there is hope! Further on in Dr. Mercola's article he lists many homeopathic rememdies that can help to alleviate the pain and even heal your body:

  1. Cayenne Cream
  2. Adding Ginger to your diet
  3. Krill Oil
And this just names a few items that I know I've seen on the shelves of our local, natural grocery stores.

I also saw the use of the word 'anti-inflammatory' in the article. If you've been following Hyperbaric Health Solutions at all, then you know the word 'inflammation' is an obscenity to us. There's simply no need to put up with it or have it around.

Using a Hypberbaric Chamber on a regular basis to increase the amount of oxygen in your body is another way to reduce inflammation in your body. Oxygen gets things moving! It reduces tension and relaxes the body. Oxygen is needed to turn the food we eat into fuel for our body. Your brain uses a ton of oxygen every day in order to perform.

Your body needs oygen to heal itself. At Hyperbaric Health Solutions we believe in using our chambers to increase our oxygen levels; we also know how important a healthy diet is to continue generating fuel and healing.
